This Privacy Policy explains how Jamie's Grooming and Blooming LLC, doing business as Jamie's Pup Grooming ("we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and protects the information of clients and visitors of doggroomingstpete.com and users of our in-home dog grooming services in the St. Petersburg / Tampa, Florida area.

Pet and service details — your pets' names, breeds, grooming preferences, notes, and vaccination records you upload.
Appointment and payment records — booking requests, appointment history, and records of payments (recorded for accounting; we do not store card numbers).

If you provide your mobile number and opt in — by checking the consent box during account signup or online booking on our website, or in your account settings — you agree to receive text messages from Jamie's Pup Grooming related to your appointments. These include booking confirmations, reminders, requests to confirm an upcoming appointment, scheduling and cancellation notices, and replies to messages you send us.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your mobile phone number or text-messaging consent with any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in and consent information is never shared with third parties for marketing. Opting out of text messages will not affect the other grooming services we provide — we will simply reach you another way.

How we share information

We share personal information only with the service providers that help us operate our business — for example, our text-messaging provider, email provider, appointment/website hosting provider, and mapping provider — and only so they can perform those services for us. These providers are not permitted to use your information for their own marketing. We may also disclose information if required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
