By using our website, booking an appointment, or opting in to our text messages, you agree to these Terms.
We provide in-home dog grooming in the St. Petersburg / Tampa, Florida area. Bookings made through our website are requests; an appointment is scheduled once we confirm it. Vaccination, cancellation, and in-home service policies are provided during booking and account setup and form part of these Terms.
By providing your mobile number and opting in — through the consent checkbox during account signup or online booking on our website, or in your account settings — you agree to receive recurring text messages from Jamie's Pup Grooming at the number you provide. This messaging program sends appointment-related texts: booking confirmations, reminders, requests to confirm an upcoming appointment, scheduling and cancellation notices, and replies to messages you send us.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to cancel text messages; you will receive a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at (727) 256-7629.
Please give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule; cancellation and no-show guidance is shared with you at booking. Payment is collected at or around the time of service by the methods we accept (for example cash or common payment apps); we record payments for our own accounting and do not store your card details on this website.
You agree to use our website and messaging only for their intended purpose and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to them.
Our website and communications are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jamie's Grooming and Blooming LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or our messaging program. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
